Some players prefer to buy eggs laid by other player's birds. This is because eggs are cheaper than birds, and you get the same result as buying a bird directly, only that you'll need to wait about a week for your eggs to hatch into birds that will lay new eggs for you to sell. So, once you buy an egg, it is put in your Hatchery where it is kept to hatch (eggs take 1 week to hatch). Once it hatches, your newly-hatched bird is transported to your birdhouse where it begins to lay eggs for you which you can sell for coins (you'll receive notifications at every point, and you can always check on your eggs in your Hatchery).
Again, just like birds, you can buy more than one egg at a time.
The temperature of your birdhouse slowly increases over time, and you need to check on your birds and clean your birdhouse once every few hours. However, sometimes, life gets in the way and you have commitments that could keep you from checking on your birdhouse for several hours (or maybe you simply need to sleep). This is where Night Mode comes to the rescue.
When you turn on Night Mode, your birdhouse is automatically cleaned for you, and the temperature is kept cool and stable. This lasts for 6 hours, after which Night Mode turns off automatically (we'll send you a notification). Note, you can only use Night Mode once a day.
As previously stated, when your birdhouse gets too hot (because you're not checking it to keep it clean), your birds will stop laying new eggs. Now, when you do clean the birdhouse, egg-laying resumes. However, you've lost out on the eggs that could have been laid for you during the period the birdhouse was too hot, and the coins you would have received from selling said eggs.
No, your birds remain safe. Also, eggs already laid for you are not lost. However, your birds will be unable to keep laying new eggs.
You can convert your coins to cash by making a withdrawal. The amount you'll receive (in USD, and in your local currency, if available) for your coins will be shown to you before you withdraw. This amount will be sent to your wallet, bank account or other withdrawal method you specified when signing up - you'll receive an email notification as soon as your withdrawal is processed.
All withdrawals are processed within 48 working hours (weekends and public holidays not included), and are totally free. In the extremely rare event that this period has elapsed and you haven't received your funds, please let us know immediately so we can look into it.
